This week I downloaded the BBC music app. You can identify your favourite radio stations and genres of music and choose playlists. There are upbeat playlists that are good for a workout. It's making a nice change to my usual playlist!

I now have a wealth of New songs to run to...tried a handful out today and want to add even more now! I will have the largest choice of songs to run to before long.
