Ello everyone. First post on here but am 5 weeks in . Got to 3rd run thinking it was going to be harder than weeks 1 and 2 but It was a repeat of a week 3 run. Is that right? I even re-started my phone in case it was that. Still did it and saved.

I believe it was mentioned on here before that there is a fault with the Sarah Millican version. Week 5 run 3 is 20 minutes. Very daunting, but an amazing run at the same time.

If you change your trainer just for this run it should help
