Issue with week 5 run 3?

So today I completed run 3 of week 5. I didn't even know what was coming until I started the app ready to go. And while the graphic showed me a 20 minute continuous run, the commentary was from an earlier week of 90 sec/3 min runs. :( Has anyone else had issues? It made this run even harder for me...

Yep, do you use Sarah as your moral support? The same thing happened with me. It's been okay since.

That must have been annoying for you but congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs 🏃

Because of the non stop run of run 3 of week 5, runs 1 and 2 of week six have a few walking breaks and that seems to catch people out, it's to do with the muscles in the legs having to go back to walking mode, BUT if you take those two runs of week 6 especially slow and steady you won't have any problems at all.

IannodaTruffle one of the administrators here on C25K will be able to explain the reason in more detail as he is an expert.

Well done for completing W5R3, if you have Sarah as your PT then yes there is a problem with the recording, you are meant to run for 20 minutes absolutely! X

I wish you the best for W6, there a a couple interval runs coming up and then it is solid weeks From that point onwards
