I had a brilliant hip replacement 7 months ago. Got my fitness back and just enjoyed day one, yeah!

Tentative return
So happy to know that you got a new hip replacement 7 months ago and enjoyed your first run today of C25K, onwards and upwards for you to the next 9 weeks but remember that you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to. 😊 🏃
That’s fantastic! I suggest this to everyone for everything but this may be a useful technique to learn. It’s the Japanese slow jogging technique - a low impact style of running designed to avoid injury. It worth watching a few times as there’s more to it than meets the eye.

I love this style of running & run this way all the time, but I do thinks it’s a useful technique for lots of us after a break, injury or the just heat! And the great news is you get all the benefits of running without pain! And you use as many calories running 5k slowly as you so quickly - it’s the distance not the speed that counts! Hope it helps.
