Hello.

I was obese and a fitnessphobe.

I did C25K and ate healthily.

I did race for life, parkrun and hit the gym.

I even did the Bournemouth 10K.

I was oozing motivation.

My priorities shifted, I ran less and ate more.

I got fat, my trainers got dusty.

Time passed.

Motivation who?

I have re-downloaded C25K and started reading these posts again.

I’m not excited.

But I’m ready.

Now.. where did I put my trainers?

Vacuum your trainers and they'll come up like new. You've done this before, you'll do it again!

I've done this three times I think... possibly 4.

Boredom ,injury and change in working hours led me to stop running.

Each time I've got something from it.

Hope it's as positive a journey for you!!!
