Today after all the morning rain found it dry and cooler tonight so went for a run. Just a little further and a little quicker in time from Tuesdays hot run. Not much in it but was quicker didn’t realise until compared with the run on Tuesday. So relatively happy for the weekend. Didn’t fancy running in the rain that’s expected tomorrow so good luck all you Park Runners and Any others that decide to run tomorrow.

Me again Papillon17 here
Regarding parkrun tomorrow Papillon17, it's a case of will I or won't I, the weather forecast has been changing so much over the last 24 hours that I will go, the latest forecast says the rain will be off by 9am, the previous forecast said that the rain would start at 9am, so I will go, I might cancel the run at the last minute, there again I might hopefully run it.
Prefer to run in the dry currently in the temperatures running end up very wet. Have though cured the issue of sweat in the eyes now run in head bands absolutely brilliant no stinging eyes no more.?
I normally don’t run in the rain maintaining I run for my health not to kill myself. However tomorrow I’m volunteering so committed. If you get there you will run!
If I get there I certainly will run unless it's absolutely lashing down with rain, like you I don't like running or cycling in the rain, good luck to you for your volunteering duty at parkrun tomorrow morning.
Not to say I haven’t run in the rain it’s just not my choice and it’s hammering it down here right choice made in running yesterday
Well, just to let you Pa[o;;pm17 and Oldfoss know that I did not run at Dunfermline today, I got there all ready to run, it WAS lashing down with rain, all I had on was a T-shirt, shorts, my running shoes and cap, o dear I thought I will get soaked before I even get to the start, sorry, I just got the first bus back home, try again next Saturday.
