So after a lazy summer and my whingeing and indecisive post about whether I should now just run 2 km every day or not? 🤷🏼♀️
I think I got it right.
I did 2km on Thursday, then Friday, then Saturday. Went out to do 2 more in the pouring rain today and I just wanted to run and run! Did 5 km with breath to spare. Didn’t push it further as I had nothing to prove but my ability to run 5k.
Feel fitter and am much happier in the rain. 😊
