I know some of you saw my last post and I've just started running week 8 run 2 is tonight hopefully but I did mention that I was 8 stone heavier 3 years ago so I thought I would pop a picture on for you all to see what the difference is is losing 8 stone has made a huge impact on my life made me actually want to be myself and gave me the confidence to actually think about doing exercise and starting to run so when I say I am very proud of myself being called a runner perhaps now people who have don't know me might understand why. everybody enjoy your runs even though we are melting but still it's a great feeling at the end to know that you've achieved something amazing xxx

Yes Teddyboo52 you indeed have achieved something amazing, what a difference in those two photo's, losing 8 stone in three years is quite amazing, it's not just running that does that, other exercises and a much healthier diet also contributes to that weight loss. Onwards and upwards to run 3 of week 8, not long now until you graduate, good luck for that.

Amazing! It's inspiring to know that you can make such a huge change - I have a few stones left to lose and sometimes it just seems like a mammoth task. It would be far easier to say oh sod it, I will just forget about it. You must feel so much healthier and more comfortable now?
