Definitely had the better idea with my mum to get up at 7 and run! The heat was slowly creeping up 🥵 BUT week 2 day 2 completed and was 100% better than day 1. Felt easier and my breathing was much better controlled which I’m taking as a good sign. Hoping by doing this and by eating much better (as a family) I can lose weight and seriously start to enjoy running 💪🏼🤩

Great that you're beginning to feel a difference. Be patient, weight loss and body shape change will come eventually. With sensible eating and when you get to the longer runs 3x per week , you will start to see the weight loss . I started c25k in October but I started to cut out the chocolate in May 2018 . To date I've lost 3st 2lbs which I put on after stopping smoking. Move more eat less it's always been said to work it's not until you try you see it😊
