After my last run with heat and Asthma, Friday I ran much earlier whilst it was much cooler, that was much better, slightly more distance. That was the highlight of the day, it was then a drive up M5 and M6 in Friday bank holiday traffic π. Today no running but a fun time lake canoeing in the morning followed by a trip into Keswick for coffee, cake and a visit to the New balance shopπ.Happy bunny.

Have a lovely time away!

Good that you got some exercise in before that drive.. and at least the scenery is lovely if youβre going slow on the M6 towards Keswick.
The New Balance bag is a bit disappointing though! Whatβs in it? You know we all love a bit of shoe porn.. are you just teasing? π

well done! Always good to run early to avoid the heat. I was out at 6:30 this morning and wasnβt too hot. Glad you had a successful run!
