Hi all. I’m new to couch to 5k, completed Week 1 - run 3 this morning! This is whole new life style to me. I’ve never been very active, and haven’t run in over 10 years. 😳 Having lost 3stone with Slimming world I thought I’d give it ago, hopefully it will help me out with losing the the next 3 stone! I surprised myself with how much I enjoyed the first Week and how much I’m looking forward to the second. It won’t be easy and I’m a long way off 5k, but here’s to trying! 😊

Well done! I am 5 stone overweight and hate running! But I found week one ok and started week 2 today and it has been achievable! Well done on you amazing weight loss! We can do this!! Xx

Hi Lisalou and welcome. Well done on your fab weight loss - I also do SW & find that it goes beautifully with C25K (as long as you don't expect it to allow you to eat extra!) good luck with W2. Keep us posted so we can cheer for you! 😄

Just take it slow and steady and enjoy the runs... take your rest days and keep posting. We will support, advise and even give you the odd shove if necessary

Good luck with the weight loss. I'm 16st 7lb and looking to lose a stone and a half (oh wait I have to stop munching bad stuff as well to do that )
