Hi all. I’m new to couch to 5k, completed Week 1 - run 3 this morning! This is whole new life style to me. I’ve never been very active, and haven’t run in over 10 years. 😳 Having lost 3stone with Slimming world I thought I’d give it ago, hopefully it will help me out with losing the the next 3 stone! I surprised myself with how much I enjoyed the first Week and how much I’m looking forward to the second. It won’t be easy and I’m a long way off 5k, but here’s to trying! 😊

Someone in my slimming group suggested it and I just laughed, really didn’t think I could do it, but I downloaded the app and thought I’d give it a go anyway! Well done to you also, can’t wait to hear how you get on! 🏃‍♀️ Xx

Hi Lisalou and welcome. Well done on your fab weight loss - I also do SW & find that it goes beautifully with C25K (as long as you don't expect it to allow you to eat extra!) good luck with W2. Keep us posted so we can cheer for you! 😄

Hi ☺️ I’m so glad you have said it goes well along side SW! As daft as it sounds, I didn’t want it to slow my weight loss down and just lose the inches. As much as losing the inches is great, I still need to see the number on the scales go the right way! Thank you so much Elfe5.

Well done you, I hope you enjoy W2 as much as W1. If you enjoy the running that is half the battle done.
