6:30am and I'm out, quick wander around garden and then onto the 5min warm up.
I did a "Training Run" on Monday and pulled up short at the 12 min mark. It's not as hot and no where near as humid, but I'm in my head the little voice nagging "Maybe they were flukes, Maybe you can't do this" So Indy 90's hits gets turned up and off I go
I get to 12 mins I'm slow on the pace but still on my feet, the voice saying "This is ok" has drowned out the pessimist and I'm reeling in the minutes. 14mins comes up fast and on hearing the bell I'm believing, the pessimist has shut up and the optimist is think about upping the pace
The whole run was under pace but by the end not that bad. 28mins done and still a little gas in the tank
