A hot one even at 8.30pm

Well decided I was not going to let the opportunity go as it was cooling down not by much though so I went on another Week 9 Run 3 must nearly be the 30th with Laura and I wasn’t going to be defeated even with the gremlins appearing in first ten minutes “it’s too hot they said” just turned the music up and carried on. Yes not a sub 30min 5k this time but very close and pretty pleased with that. Good luck all. Will post again soon.

It was in the lower 20’s this morning when I walked the dog at 6.15 good luck with that as it is expected to be hotter tomorrow.

Will be with the temperatures expected in the afternoons on Wednesday and Thursday 31 and 36ish . That’s why I ran now as likely next one Friday or weekend when 10 degrees difference is expected. Good luck

Running performance has been up and down. Short distance speed and final straights are going well but distances have been a struggle!

Managed to get out tonight and done a little quicker and a very minor increase in distance but all good here.
