Went out to do my W3 D3 today. Thankfully there is a hint of a sea breeze happening but it's still pretty stuffy. 😰😅
Drank about 3.5l of water yesterday and drank just over a litre over the course of this morning and 300ml before I left the house.
Scorchio, so I slowed the pace even more and looked more like a thing gliding on wheels but it was a sort of slow jog!
Really enjoyed this W3 and looking forward to what W4 holds, I'm not going to look just go with it! Got home and drank a pint of electrolytes that I had chilling in the fridge....lovely! And a lovely cool shower. I would love to go for a swim at my local beach but apparently it's rammed and the "Turn back, social distancing not possible" signs are out. It's lovely for all to enjoy but it's the ones that don't take their litter away (including dirty nappies even though there is a loo block with facilities, ugh) and leave the place looking like a tip that grind my gears.
Stay safe everybody!

I know what you mean. I thought "Is this wise?" and hoped I was hydrated enough. I did some work outside in Palm Springs, California once and the mercury hit 45c...that was really uncomfortable and the only way to keep cool was to shovel ice cubes into my bra! I thought respite would arrive at night in the desert but as I opened up the door from the air-conditioned hotel it was like walking into a hairdryer turned onto high! Not pleasant.
Good luck for Monday. I think I'll embark on my W4 on Tuesday.
