Just started up after a year and wow shouldn't have started on week 5 in this heat next time I will do an easier one blowing!

Not sure if it was wise to restart running at week 5 of C25K, a popular week for runners who have done C25K before is week 3, I was off running for a good part of the winter and restarted on week 3.
