Just signed myself up for this, was talking to a friend at the weekend who runs 10k 3x per wk now and this is how she started. She really inspired me. First run will be tonight - wish me luck!!! Xxx

Good luck with your first run this evening - it doesn't hurt if you stick to the programme, keep it nice and slow and steady and just try to enjoy.
