I have a habit of yo-yo diet and exercising. After around 4 months off I have just started back with the c25k. I have just completed my first week and so far I’m feeling great. Just need to keep up the momentum with no more starting then stopping! I’m 38 with a 12 and 15 year old and need to reclaim feeling energetic and content with myself...

Me too.... and I always feel so disappointed with myself. Well done on getting started again and my plan is to start over with c25k wk 1 on Monday . Keep putting it off but know if I get started I will get into it. Let's do this together and make sure we graduate. Good luck and happy new us xx

I am exactly the same... I start and stop exercising and eating healthy which makes it harder to keep motivation! But I'm hoping this community will help us to encourage each other to keep going!! Good luck and congrats on completing week one :)

Stick to the routine of this plan and I really believe you will find energy and contentment - the harder the run seems the better you’ll feel (at the end) just stick to your pace 😅
