Week 1 reruns

Hi everyone

I've completed my first 3 runs of week 1. It's been a long time since I did any exercise at all really. As for being in shape? Is a puddle a shape?

My dog and I go running he's getting porky too. We can't as yet get through a run without extra breaks. Him to drink out of the lake and me to not die. I want to keep up with it but I know I'm not ready for week 2.

Has anyone else stayed on a week?

You can stay on the same wk1 if you want . Do not move on until you have fully completed the previous run. You can do this. Good luck 😊

Congratulations to you Dunbon18 on starting C25K with week 1, I hope your dog will enjoy all the runs with you. You can repeat any of the runs or week's of C25K as much as you wish to, there was a graduate who took 9 weeks to complete week 1, slow but sure, that person did graduate about 4 months after run 1 of week 1, so there is no reason not to repeat a week if you are not happy with your performance, the number one rule is not to run on consecutive days, that could cause a injury..

We stayed on week 1 for 2 weeks then had a break and breezed through it the third time
