W3R3 done but...

Second week of hols and we’ve left the mountains and ridiculously long hikes behind for chilling by a lake. Surely it’s got to be easier to run here and all that walking up mountains must have improved my fitness but... my legs felt like lead today and I struggled in 27 degrees. At one point, the dog chased a cat and, instead of telling her to stop, I let her pull me along for a few steps. The first two runs of W3, I’ve felt I could just keep going but today I was so relieved when Laura said I could stop, I’d have kissed her if I could.

Now I’m worried about W4. Should I do another W3 run? Consolidate or continue? Any advice appreciated.

No need to worry you've completed wk3 just move on to wk4 . You can do it 😊
