My week 3 was... I was about to say, a failure, but I don’t feel it would be true. I didn’t complete requirements for W3 because on my R1 I got a really bad calf cramp and had to limp all the way back home. My leg was hurting for the best part of the week, but I still went for R2 and R3 and completed them.

My running form is a little better, and I’m ready to smash W3 this time.

Sounds like you have the determination to smash it.Its pretty hot at the moment take it easy and you will be moving to week 4 before you know it

Smooth running ... not smashing running... Take it slow and steady and if you are struggling in any way, then slow down more:) Well done!
