Itโ€™s been 3 weeks since I ran last ๐Ÿ˜ฑ Iโ€™d just finished w5r3 and felt bloody amazing, and really looking forward to starting week 6, but 1st week I was ill ๐Ÿค’ 2nd week still didnโ€™t feel like it ๐Ÿ™„ then we went to London for the weekend, Iโ€™d actually planned to run while I was there but obviously didnโ€™t ๐Ÿ˜ฑ๐Ÿ˜ฉ 3rd week just been putting it off everyday ๐Ÿ˜ 

So lovely runners in my phone should I just go for w6r1 or do a couple of easier runs to get my arse back in it. Feeling like a slug โ˜น๏ธ๐Ÿ˜ซ๐Ÿ˜ก x x

Yes very true, thank you ๐Ÿ˜Š think Iโ€™m just nervous to start again and fail, but like you say can always repeat it ๐Ÿ˜

Go for it. The worst that can happen is it ends up a practice. Donโ€™t go backwards if you can avoid it. Good luck.
