Itโs been 3 weeks since I ran last ๐ฑ Iโd just finished w5r3 and felt bloody amazing, and really looking forward to starting week 6, but 1st week I was ill ๐ค 2nd week still didnโt feel like it ๐ then we went to London for the weekend, Iโd actually planned to run while I was there but obviously didnโt ๐ฑ๐ฉ 3rd week just been putting it off everyday ๐
So lovely runners in my phone should I just go for w6r1 or do a couple of easier runs to get my arse back in it. Feeling like a slug โน๏ธ๐ซ๐ก x x
