Sure they have... there’s no time limit, no set number of runs, it’s your journey.

Great job on the first two weeks... I’d put good money on you being capable of week 3 right now if you go slow and steady. If it will build confidence having a couple of repeats, go for it, each run will make you stronger. Just never build yourself a mental barrier, progress when you feel you are ready and no later. Good luck.

Ahh the fear of the new week! I know this all too well. I don’t think anyone feels confident about the week ahead until you hit run 3 and you’re like ok, so I could do it. But by then you’re busy freaking out about the challenges looming in the next week. I’m currently freaking out about 2x8mins runs on Thursday and a solid 20 on Saturday...so I’m feeling your pain too. But you have completed week two, your body is ready for week three! You just kinda have to trust it to do it’s thing and get out of your head. Good luck let us know how you get on 😀🏃‍♀️😀

You are in control so you can do whatever you want, but if you remember that the only way to fail this plan is to go back to the couch, then why not give the next week a bash..........what have you got to lose?

This post might help you healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Believe in yourself and trust the plan.

I was a bit worried when I started C25K, not so much week 1 which I found OK, I remember I was a bit worried about the jump from 90 seconds to 3 minutes in week 3, once that run was completed I wasn't too worried about any other run until the "big one" run 3 of week 5, terrified, dreaded have been a few adjectives describing that run, I only had 3 hours sleep the night before, but after I ran it I was very happy, during the run towards the end I actually quickened my pace, I was so pleased of my performance, yes that I admit was the run I was most concerned about.

I’m on my fifth repeat of week 1 personally, and since I’m coming from well below average fitness and can’t do even a full minute of jogging, I feel no shame ! I know people don’t like to repeat, but to do something over again if you don’t feel you’ve quite got the hang of it is a sound strategic choice. Nobody thinks you’re a failure if you play a piece twice at music practice or redraft a letter before sending it ! Remember you don’t have to repeat a whole week unless you want to: the programme gives you the option of retrying single runs too. If in doubt, why not have another go at run 3 and see what it tells you ? Happy running 😀

I repeated W3R3 because I didn't think I was ready to move to W4 but I smashed it and it boosted my confidence- along with the support from fellow troopers on here.

Repeat if it makes you feel better but the program will get you there anyway, have faith in yourself 👍🏼😀
