Outdoor run

A special run today for a few reasons - 1) I ran outside for first time (a mini goal achieved), (2) I got to run with my sister - not normally possible as we don’t live near to each other and (3) I am def off the IC and completed w5r1 - all in beautiful woodland surroundings and with fresh, pine scented air 😊

For anyone worried about leaving the treadmill and getting outside - plan a nice flat route on a good weather day and go for it- you won’t regret it!
