In case someone is injured or runs only for 10, 15 minutes and wants to run this program, do you suggest to start this program from the beginning?

I don't quite understand what you are asking?

The programme begins, as you a Graduate, know, with

Week 1

For the runs in Week 1, you will begin with a brisk 5-minute warm-up walk, then you will alternate 60 seconds of running, with 90 seconds of walking, for a total of 20 minutes.

The running time then builds up to 30 minutes, over nine weeks...

If someone has an injury before they start the plan..it depends what that injury is?

If they have an injury whilst on the programme, the same applies...

So if you could explain further we might be able to answer your question?

Sorry. Regarding injured people, I am taking for a c25k graduate that has not run for a while (1 month?) and wants to start running again

Regarding the 10 minute runners, I am talking about a people that run only for 10 minutes and wants to follow the C25k plan

I would start at Week 1 with your friend who has not run for a month... steady and slow... you know what to expect and the build up will be gradual.

The same applies to the people who can only run for ten minutes... Follow the plan, from the beginning, again, steady and slow and build up and past that ten minute barrier gently..
