Great graduation run today with Bovey Valley Runners. According to Strava a distance of 5.4k and finishing time of 31.01 (although forgot to stop immediately after finishing). Within that a PB for 5k of 28.16. Well happy for that, completing the programme and for all my fellow C25K’ers.
