Just ran W5 R3......was feeling a bit nervous beforehand but ran for the whole 20 mins so very happy!
The last 2 minutes were hard and I was feeling it & thankfully I just managed to stay upright and not end up face planting when I tripped on a raised paving slab.......did tweak the knee a little as I stumbled though! π.........Iβll take the tweak to the knee rather than a face full of tarmac! π
Away playing golf for four days next week and will have to fit in at least one run......itβs going to be hot next week so will have to run early π

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5 Tommy999, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran. π π
Well done, Tommy999! And specially well done for avoiding the face plant, that could have been really nasty. Anyway, brilliant stuff, a real milestone in the programme - done! β βΊ
Well done Tommy! So good to hear people getting through it - Iβve just completed w5r1 and scared about r3 but hopefully Iβll feel differently after r2 ( which is still quite scary lol )
