Well today I started all over again. I joined couch25k last year to get fit to complete 5k Race 4 Life. Pleased to say I did do my Race 4 Life but havent run since so here I go again! I thought it would be a doddle but how wrong was I 😂 ? Absolutely shattered but glad I went
