Back again doing W1 R1

After failing to finish last year due to a debilitating bug caught after doing W9 R 1! Actually done a 30 minute jog.....not 5k but a respectable 4.6.

Now just done W1 R1 so let's go do it again.

I finished w9 R1 last year and stopped, now i am back at it, i start W2 tomorrow, I feel like i am enjoying it more this time. Good luck with your running 👊🏼

So glad I’m not the only one! I got to W8R3 and had to stop because of poor health/life. I’ve now restarted and just heading into week 2. Like Rachey80, I too am enjoying it more this time and have realised how much I missed it! Good luck! 💪🏻

I completed the whole 9 weeks last summer. Then winter hit, stopped going out. Now back at week 1, enjoying it all over again. Good luck
