Week 2 complete but it was a struggle

Hi all, have just completed week 2 but I'm wondering if i would be able or whether i even should be moving onto week 3 as i was only just able to do the 90second jog. It felt like the week got harder as it went on and my legs felt like they would collapse. I am going slow and trying to focus on my breathing.

Should i repeat week 2 or move on?

Did you check this post out for Newbies... so much great advice here:)

If you completed the run..move on but take it really, really slowly... and there is always slower:)

If you really feel you want to repeat a run, then do so... take it very gently... each run does build on the one before... you are going to be fine :)
