Week 2 struggle

I completed week 1 and loved it, but did my first week 2 run on wednedsay and really struggled. Legs felt like lead and couldn't seem to regulate my breathing, mind you the air was really chilly. Steeling myself fir run 2 this afternoon...

How prepared you are, both mentally and physically, can make a huge difference. Rested state, mental state, hydration and nutrition etc all affect your running, so look at the tough runs and see what may have differed from better runs.

Thanks you are right, thinking about it I have had a tough week at work and short of sleep. Will see how it goes today

Thanks for the encouragement, went a bit more slowly from the start today and felt much better
