Finished 3rd 30-minuter at 6:27 this morning. Almost dead-on 5k (4.985km to be precise). Very happy. Now what?

Consolidation now... mix the runs up...not just 30 minute runs... you need to move onwards... so... 30 minute runs... and then shorter runs and then some longer runs as you continue to get stronger. C25K is just the beginning...your legs your stamina and strength all need to carry on building up.
