Week 1 Run 1 Joining son on his journey

Well on Monday, I started again accompanying my son as he started out on his C25K journey. We did the eight runs/walks and then when it came to the warm down I went off and did 0.8 mile run quicker than previously obtaining 3 PB’s. Then Wednesday back to usual route and another sub 30 minute 5k. How’s every one doing?

Hi Papillon, I was wondering the other day how you were doing, and here you are knocking out the sub- 30 5k's😊 I think it's really special that you're doing it again with your son. Looks like you've set a great example.

Thanks yes regularly hitting sub 30 min runs also have daughter starting as well both on Week 1 Run 3 to come. Might try and get them all together so we can go at the same time. Pleased they have taken it up as they have seen the results I have achieved.

Hmmm. Don't know what's happened lately, I'm not getting all the notifications 🤔 although, I'm more often on the bridge forum these days, but still, I'll have to check my settings. But hey, daughter too, you'll be able to do a family parkrun all together.
