Just wanted to say thank you to everyone who sent me positive messages about doing run 3 of week 5 last week. I completed the 20 minute run on Friday morning! It felt like I was running the slowest run in the world, but I did it. I stopped twice to jog on the spot whilst I told myself I could not do it, but my partner kept telling me I could and by the end, I actually felt like I could have kept running! Thanks everyone :)

Well done! Also thank you for posting this because it is really encouraging to hear everyone's experiences. I am about to start W5 and look forward to cracking that 20 minute challenge too!
