Thank you for motivation

I haven't run before and haven't been part of a community like this. On Tuesday I felt defeated as had a bad start to week 4, lots of you replied with support, help and a community spirit. Tonight I completed all 4 runs of workout 2 of week 4 and even had an extra little jog at the end, it made me smile as I thought of your comments. I didn't rush but I kept going and I did it so a huge thank you from me for taking the time to send me motivational posts - thank you 😘
