As a new arrival in Australia (with my partner), I missed friends and family and did not have a job, also felt old (54) and unfit. C25C and Sarah M kept me going in those first few weeks. The running would lift me out of my homesickness, even if I did cry a little on the way. I now have a job, have met some lovely people have finished C25K and can run 4K in 30 mins. I may be slow but it is so nice to be able to run for 30 mins with no need to stop. What is the best way to keep going park run or another app? I don't want to lose this feeling.

Great work Wattlebird 🥇 As to moving on, different people do different things after consolidating. Why not try Bridge to 10k AND Parkruns ? See what you enjoy. Have you a current running target ? Most people find it easier to keep going if they have a specific aim. All the best with your new healthier life x
