I did it! In hindsight might have been better to have done it in the evening when it is cooler as found it tough in the heat but main thing is I managed it!!

Got a stitch 10 mins in but persevered! Looking forward to what comes next 😀😀

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran, sorry about the stitch, have a extra day off running before you start run 1 of week 6.

Well done, 20 minutes non stop that's a great achievement. When you think back to wk1 look how far you've came 😊😊

Just completed this one myself and I don’t think it was any cooler. Milestone achieved and well done
