I did it!! Parkrun this morning for W8R1. I didn't want to set a good time, just wanted to finish in under 45mins. Did it in 41mins. I did my warm up prior to the run, took it easy for the first 5 minutes, then ran for 28 minutes and ended with a brisk walk. It's very enjoyable and I'd certainly recommend giving it a go. Next goal is graduation 🎓

Well done! I'm looking forward to giving park run a go, but am aiming to do it after I finish week 9. It's feeling more achievable every day! 😀
