W8R1 Who's the Daddy?!

"Who's the daddy? Who's the daddy?"

I wanted to shout as I hit 28 minutes of running! And a new PB distance!

Yes I made it despite two weeks ago thinking I'd do a second week of 25 minutes.

I really felt like going to 30 minutes but didn't as I'm a great believer in the plan. Follow the plan. It's written by the experts they know what they're doing!

At 15 minutes of running and 20 minutes of workout I really felt like giving up I didn't know how I was going to run another 18 minutes. I just thought positive thoughts and kept on running. That makes it sound easy, it wasn't. But it's definitely mind over matter!

"You are" we're all shouting back at you! I definitely feel its mind over matter too. None of this is easy. Makes it all worthwhile though! You're so nearly there. Good luck!

Sound like yous the Daddy!! Congrats! I have just got back from W2R1 and am definatly not the Daddy (I'm also female 😂) It encourages me to read about people succeeding . Thanks 👍

Bundoodle I'm female too but really felt like saying it 😀😀. All I can say is stick with the programme even when you think you can't you definitely can!

Absolutely amazing. I think it helps you in all aspects of your life. Things that you maybe thought you couldn't do. Well do you know what? You can. 😀😀
