I wanted to shout as I hit 28 minutes of running! And a new PB distance!
Yes I made it despite two weeks ago thinking I'd do a second week of 25 minutes.
I really felt like going to 30 minutes but didn't as I'm a great believer in the plan. Follow the plan. It's written by the experts they know what they're doing!
At 15 minutes of running and 20 minutes of workout I really felt like giving up I didn't know how I was going to run another 18 minutes. I just thought positive thoughts and kept on running. That makes it sound easy, it wasn't. But it's definitely mind over matter!
