I have ran the second run of week 5 without any issue, so happy! The second 8' was a little harder but I really pulled through.
I honestly can't picture myself running 20 minutes on Saturday but I also couldn't picture myself running 8 minutes today and I did so who knows what the future holds?

I found the run you did harder than the 20 minutes... with the brisk walk in the middle the intervals are actually a longer cardio workout, so physically run 3 is easier... it’s more of a mental challenge... believe, relax and start off deliberately slower than you normally run, and ease into your groove in the first half of the run... you can do it!!
Thank you so much! A motivation for me is that I start a new job on Monday and I dont want to have to redo week 5 the week I start a new job! That's an extra motivation
