Yaaas πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ™ŒπŸ» go me.! Had to have a serious word with myself near end of second 8 minutes but I did it. Helped by my new shoes which are like running on air. Not sure about run 3 but TTP people TTP!! Have a most excellent day. πŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈ

The next run is going to be the best yet! Remember if you feel like you can’t go any more, go slower. Did you read the article on week 5 myths? Also read the one about running slow. You can do it x

Thank you, I’m already slow tho, I’ll be going backwards if I go much slower 🀣 I do think it’s psychological as well as physical. I figure I’ve done 8, so it’s 2 8s and just another 4. Or two lots of 2. Or 4 lots of 1!! πŸ€£πŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ€£
