So today was week 5 run 1! Felt very demotivated to begin with due to having a 4 day break. Found it surprisingly easy and it didn’t feel as long today. I never thought I would see myself as a “runner” but I guess I am by now😂
Looking forward to the next one but feel like it could be a challenge running for 8 minutes without stopping! And don’t even get me started on run 3 of week 5...

Good for you! 😄 A runner - yes you guess right!No worries about the next two runs - just really slow, relaxed and comfy, running “within your ability” will do the trick. -Oh yes & some good distracting music! 😃
