Buzzing! Thought the jump from 5 mins to 8 mins run would be tough but it wasn’t a problem. Everything felt good my breathing was great and if anything I probably could of carried on.

Not going to get to cocky though as the dreaded week 5 run 3 is waiting.

Don't call run 3 of week 5 dreaded, just take that run slow and steady, once you have completed it you will be very proud of yourself 😊 🏃.
