Looking forward to it the first two of w3 were hard going but getting better each run. My breathing is improving and my heart rate coming down a bit now. Reading all the posts is really motivating to know that others were feeling the same at W1R1 but have now graduated is amazing and spurring me on to think I can do that too. Have had bad runs but focus on the good ones.

Well done you! I did W3 R1 yesterday and found it tough! It was almost as tough as my w1 r1 but just knowing how much improvement I saw in the first week alone is comforting. We can do it!
