So completed my first run! After being a couch potato for too long and wanting to do something good for my health i took this challenge. I decided as of today 1st July i want to lose weight(apprx 100kg at moment) and be healthier, fitrer.
Was always scared of trying to run and found this great program. So of to a healthier life
