W5R3+ in the bag at first Park Run

Felt really daunted about trying a Park Run but atmosphere is great and really welcoming for novice runners!

I kept a steady jog and only dropped to a walk once for a couple 100m. So glad I did it and will definitely go again and hopefully beat my 39min time

Highly recommend Park Runs to anyone even if you haven’t completed the full Couchto5k program. :-)

Brilliant - I started the park runs 3 weeks ago - from week 1 and now on week 4 and I love them. All shapes and sizes and all ages - such a good thing to be take part in.
