So, after four days of hiding from it because I was scared stupid, I’ve just done the dread w5r3. Moving from 2x8 minutes to 20 minutes was clearly a typo, perhaps 10 minutes, but 20! Hard to see what I was worried about it was comparatively easy, certainly easier than some of the early weeks. It really was all in my head, and even now I can’t believe I can run for 20 minutes.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, nothing to be scared of, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃 😊 👍

Well done you! You felt the fear and did it anyway, as they say. One really great thing about C25K is it makes us see that we can all do much more than we realise. Enjoy that post run glow, it's a real milestone in the programme and you did it! ☺
