Is this really me?🤔 How did I do this? 🤔I must have teleported to a different reality because never would I have thought I could run 20 minutes non stop. I mean moving from 5 minutes to 8 minutes in W5R2 was HARD work!😭 I need to remember what I ate last night because I think I may be needing more of it for future runs. 🤣🤣🤣 A member of my household (who shall remain nameless) exclaimed that they have never seen me sweat that much. Streams of water were falling - I was like a waterfall. Slight exaggeration there but you get the point. Phew!

Amazing well done Triolette - it is brilliant how it works isn't it?! What an amazing transformation over a matter of weeks! I'll be doing this run on Friday if all goes to plan, and am sort of looking forward to it...sort of...!
