I last completed this in May 2022 so am SO pleased to have my trainers on again and can see the finish line in sight! Last year I rewarded myself & purchased a new pair of trainers at week 9 - Run 1 and damaged my knee so am back to old faithful trainers & am determined for that not to happen again. Am much slower this time round, but just happy to be out & building my stamina up with the goal to run for 30 minutes!!!
Week 7 Run 2 Complete 🥳🥳🥳: I last completed... - Couch to 5K

Thank you - yes they’re serving me well so far 🤞🙏. Thanks for your support!

Hi Kenzo yes u r down to the nitty gritty now keep on trucking! I run in a 3 yr old pair of Skechers I love them x I am an outdoorsy type love walking and hiking but there is something really amazing about that feeling of being fitter and stronger that comes from doing this plan x I have lost almost 1 stone since mid June and I know it has really helped me with that x
Congratulations - that’s an amazing achievement - well done!! 🥳🎉. I got diagnosed yesterday with osteopenia. I had never heard of it until yesterday, but appears to be a precursor to possible full osteoporosis & likely a side effect of meds I was taking. I’m remaining positive & even more reason to keep up C25K as that will definitely help improve my bone density. Good luck on your fitness journey 💪🏃♀️
