So proud that I've managed to do this, and another 16 seconds quicker since Friday! I just wish I could walk quicker too, as this seems to be my problem at the moment, keeping that momentum going.

I’m a little confused... what was the run you were doing in terms of what the description was? On the app most of us use it’s time based, so it’s impossible to finish 16 seconds quicker! Whatever plan you’re on will work of course. Ours is also 9 weeks... which most are... so assuming yours is, congratulations on beating the first third of the plan. Keep up the great work.

Oh it just my husband tracking(he likes statistics, as he is a coach!!) I am following the programme, but he likes to follow me and encourage me on route :-) as my goal is to run a marathon (eventually) :-)

Fantastic, good for you! 😀

For now, speed is irrelevant - don’t be fretting about it. You will get faster without even trying as the program goes on. Later, after C25K you can work on speed if you want to. 😃

Thank you, I have to believe I am getting quicker, as well as covering the distance- this is a tough journey for me, but hopefully it will all come together, whenever :-)
