I worried about this run but found it was more mental than physical. I just needed to ignore any negative thoughts and kept running. Once completed it gave me a real boost and I never doubted I could complete any of the other runs, even if it wasnโt very pretty ๐
No. No, it's not. It's going to be the day when you realise how far you have come and amaze yourself with what you can achieve.

I also felt scared when I saw what was coming but the plan works and you will be able to do it. And what a feeling you get after completion!! My favourite milestone so far and Iโm now on w8 r3.
I'm in the same position as you. Saturday is the big day. I posted my concerns but all the kind folk on here have reassured me. You'll be fine. Let us know how you get on.
The magic moment will be when your trainer says "that's fifteen minutes, keep it up! Only five more to go!" And you almost stagger with astonishment, because it didn't FEEL like fifteen minutes...
