Feeling nervous about w5r3

20 minutes?! How on earth am I going to manage this tomorrow?! I've managed all the weeks and all the runs ok til now. Is tomorrow going to be the day it all unravels...?!?!?!?!!! Wish me luck! 🤞🍀

I worried about this run but found it was more mental than physical. I just needed to ignore any negative thoughts and kept running. Once completed it gave me a real boost and I never doubted I could complete any of the other runs, even if it wasn’t very pretty 😀

I also felt scared when I saw what was coming but the plan works and you will be able to do it. And what a feeling you get after completion!! My favourite milestone so far and I’m now on w8 r3.

I'm in the same position as you. Saturday is the big day. I posted my concerns but all the kind folk on here have reassured me. You'll be fine. Let us know how you get on.

I will do. It's rained literally all day today so I'm going to go first thing tomorrow morning instead. Keep your fingers crossed for me! 🤞

The magic moment will be when your trainer says "that's fifteen minutes, keep it up! Only five more to go!" And you almost stagger with astonishment, because it didn't FEEL like fifteen minutes...
